Provide us with a scanned copy of your passport, address and telephone number.
providing us with this information allows us to create an invoice (so you can make a payment) and an invitation letter (so you can attain a visa)

Make a payment to reserve your place with the instructor during your preferred dates.
We will use the full name as is written on the passport and the address and telephone number that you have provided to generate an invoice to facilitate your payment, unless otherwise stated.

• Deposit amount may be subject to change without notice.
• Credit card payment will incur a surcharge of 8% and further documents may be required by the card processing company.
• $500 of deposit is non refundable.
• Balance amount should be paid 30 days in advance for a 5% discount by bank wire transfer or in cash upon arrival.
• Due to a lack of efficiency in most Chinese banks, we discourage exchanging travellers' checks in China. The preferred payment option for most students is bank wire transfer, cash or credit card.

Use the invitation letter that you have been provided with to go to a Chinese Embassy and apply for a visa.

Provide us with your flight schedule
